Spend a slow summer's day with us in Brighton.
Beyond the beach.
Brighton may be known for its pebbled beach and iconic pier, but some of our favourite days are spent venturing a little further.
Start in the rolling South Downs and follow the paths through tall grasses and wide-open skies, slowly making your way towards Birling Gap. There, you can stop for a cup of tea and a sweet treat before wandering on. This is a slower way to discover this beautiful corner of the coast. Fresh air, new horizons and some of the loveliest views along the way.
Stanmer Park & One Garden
For a day a little closer to Brighton, Stanmer Park is a lovely place to slow down and spend time together.
Enjoy the open green spaces before making your way to One Garden. Perfect for little ones can discover the butterfly garden, smell the beautiful flowers and explore the garden at their own pace. If you’re feeling hungry, One Garden is a lovely spot for lunch, with an organic farm shop to browse before heading home.
A simple day outdoors, with plenty for little eyes to discover.
Back into town.
For a slower stroll through Hove, there are a few corners we think you’ll love.
Brunswick Square is a beautiful and unique pocket of Hove and a little sun trap on brighter days. From there, head towards Montpelier Place and Clifton Terrace, where beautiful houses sit amongst leafy gardens and nature spills gently over bay windows.
What would be a day without mentioning our love for organic food? Youjuice is another one of our favourite stops. With organic ingredients, freshly made juices and wholesome treats, it feels very at home with the O~Z way of doing things.
Take your time and see where the streets lead you. A lovely way to discover Hove, one beautiful corner at a time.
Into The Lanes.
At the heart of Brighton, little streets twist and turn. Cobbled paths, hidden corners and something new to find around every bend. The Lanes are made for wandering without a plan. Stopping for good coffee, something sweet, and whatever catches our eye along the way.

End the day where Brighton feels best, by the sea. Fresh seafood, salty skin and a soft evening breeze. Stay as the sun goes down and the sky turns golden. Summer days we wish could last a little longer.
