Do I have to pay import duty and VAT charges?

We ship from a UK warehouse but we cover duties and taxes in the following countries: all 27 EU countries, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,  Switzerland and Norway, so that you don't have to pay any additional charges when your order arrives.

International orders to countries not mentioned above  will be subject to import duty and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

Organic zoo cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and local taxes. 

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Organic zoo reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
