Sizing is the most common question our customers ask about when gifting. So we've made it easy.

All Organic Zoo clothes are designed for comfort and a relaxed fit. With lots of boxy and roomy styles suitable for all body shapes, our clothes are less size-sensitive.

Here are our tips for shopping our sizes:

For a newborn - 0-3m will be a perfect fit for most babies for the first 3 months. You can choose a size up if you want more room to grow into.

For toddlers - we recommend sizing up with tops for a more relaxed look. For bottoms & onesies, choose the appropriate age size. If in doubt, always size up.

We ship worldwide and offer very easy returns. Depending on your location, you may also enjoy FREE shipping on orders of certain value. This will apply automatically in your bag.

Order by 1pm GMT and we will dispatch your order the same day (Monday to Friday excluding national holidays). Find our shipping times & full costs here.

Returns

We offer a 14-day right of return policy. We're happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging (including the gift box if you're returning your whole order).
