Our Chestnut Wool Salopette, is inspired by nostalgia for simple hand made knitwear. The fully fashioned shape is ergonomically designed to allow your baby to wriggle with freedom. Featuring cute wooden buttons for easy dressing and changing. The super soft reverse knit with a chunky ribbed cuff will keep your little one cosy and warm, as they explore in nature. The salopette can be layered and mixed with any of our cosy knits or soft tops for a lighter feel.

All Organic Zoo clothes are designed for comfort and a relaxed fit. With lots of boxy and roomy styles suitable for all body shapes, our clothes are less size-sensitive.

Here are our tips for shopping our sizes:

For a newborn - 0-3m will be a perfect fit for most babies for the first 3 months. You can choose a size up if you want more room to grow into.

For toddlers - we recommend sizing up with tops for a more relaxed look. For bottoms & onesies, choose the appropriate age size. If in doubt, always size up.
