DOMESTIC UK SHIPPING   

METHOD

• DPD or DHL Next Day (Monday – Friday)
• Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 1pm Monday – Friday.
• We offer free UK shipping to all orders over £80

TRACKING

• To track your parcel, you can find the tracking information on your dispatch email. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box or freight forwarding addresses.

AMENDMENTS

• Amendments may be made to the order providing it has not already been fulfilled or left our facilities. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make any changes to your order. 

UK RETURNS

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apply a 14 days right of return policy. 
• Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.
• Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.
• Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
• Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued.
• You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
• In case of an order being refused by a receiver on delivery, organic zoo ltd reserved the right to deduct the cost of the return from the final refund.

• If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Cut off time for shipping on a same day is 1pm, however during busy periods the shipping time might take up to 2-3 days.
• The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.

• Express shipping -  all destinations via DHL express
• Economy shipping - selected countries only, options indicated on check out page

DUTIES AND TAXES

• For orders going to the European Union, USA, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes
• For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
• Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes

UPDATING ORDERS

• Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing
• If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item

ORDER CANCELATIONS

• We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it, as they immediately start processing

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued within 3-5 days
• A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for goods returned via our returns portal. The return fees for different destinations are listed in the last column in the above shipping table.
• In case of an order being refused by a receiver on delivery, organic zoo ltd reserved the right to deduct the cost of the return from the final refund
• We will send you a confirmation email once we’ve refunded you. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method by Global E, our international sales facilitation and fulfilment partner
