Halloween cookie recipe

We hope you will enjoy this easy and delicious cookie recipe! 

Ingredience:

100 g soft butter

75 ml honey

½  teaspoon ground cardamom

½  teaspoon ground ginger

½  teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 egg

100g sugar

300g flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

 Method:

Mix butter, honey, spices and sugar. Next, add egg and mix until you get light brown mass. In the next step add flour and baking soda. 

'Work' the dough and form a ball. Refrigerate for minimum 30minutes.

After 30 minutes, roll out the dough to around 3-5mm thickness and cut out the shapes. We did pumpkins, moons and ghosts!

Bake in 180C for 10-12min, until gold.

Cool the cookies and start decorating with icing sugar or chocolate. Use your imagination :-)

ps.We used some natural food colouring for our orange and red icing sugar!
